Fluffy Pumpkin Spice Baked Oats with Protein Frosting
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Oat Flour
- 1 tbs Protein Powder (@macr0mike - d/c “amb-han”)
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice Blend (@unicornsuperfoods)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbs Pumpkin Purée* (substitute: coconut yogurt or applesauce)
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
For the Frosting
- Coconut Yogurt mixed with Protein Powder (adjust amounts for desired thickness/flavor)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Mix all the ingredients together until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
Pour the mixture into a ramekin or mug.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Top the baked oats with the frosting.
