One-Minute Breakfast Cookie with Strawberries and White Choc Chips

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1 tbs Protein Powder (@macr0mike strawberry cheezecake)
  • Chopped Strawberries and White Choc Chips to taste

Preparation

  1. Add oat flour, baking powder, coconut yoghurt, and protein powder to a bowl.

  2. Stir until combined and a thick dough forms.

  3. Fold through strawberries and choc chips or any other add-ins.

  4. Shape the dough into a cookie on a microwave-safe plate.

  5. Microwave for 60 seconds on high.

  6. Serve with a drizzle of almond butter on top for extra deliciousness.
