One-Minute Breakfast Cookie with Strawberries and White Choc Chips
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Oat Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup Coconut Yoghurt
- 1 tbs Protein Powder (@macr0mike strawberry cheezecake)
- Chopped Strawberries and White Choc Chips to taste
Preparation
Add oat flour, baking powder, coconut yoghurt, and protein powder to a bowl.
Stir until combined and a thick dough forms.
Fold through strawberries and choc chips or any other add-ins.
Shape the dough into a cookie on a microwave-safe plate.
Microwave for 60 seconds on high.
Serve with a drizzle of almond butter on top for extra deliciousness.
