Peanut Butter Cup Baked Oats"
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 2 tbsp @unicornsuperfoods chocolate fudge protein powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/3 cup plant milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together, except for the extra peanut butter.
Place half of the mixture into a ramekin or oven-safe dish.
Add a dollop of peanut butter in the center of the mixture.
Cover with the remaining mixture.
Bake at 360F for about 20 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
