Peanut Butter Cup Baked Oats"

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 2 tbsp @unicornsuperfoods chocolate fudge protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup plant milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, except for the extra peanut butter.

  2. Place half of the mixture into a ramekin or oven-safe dish.

  3. Add a dollop of peanut butter in the center of the mixture.

  4. Cover with the remaining mixture.

  5. Bake at 360F for about 20 minutes.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
