Brownie Batter Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oat flour
  • 150 ml plant milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chocolate fudge protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • A few pieces of chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together (except chocolate) in a bowl.

  2. Pour half of the mixture into a ramekin.

  3. Add pieces of chocolate in the middle of the ramekin.

  4. Cover it with the rest of the batter.

  5. Bake at 360F for 15 minutes.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
