Peanut Butter Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbs Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbs Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp @unicornsuperfoods Antioxidant Blend
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • Peanut Butter (for the topping)

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together (except peanut butter) until well combined.

  2. Pour the mixture into a ramekin or jar.

  3. Top with a layer of peanut butter.

  4. Refrigerate the mixture overnight to allow it to set.
