Matcha Chia Parfait with Berries and Granola
Ingredients
Matcha chia pudding
- 1 cup almond milk
- 4-5 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1-2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Parfait components
- 300 ml coconut yogurt
- Granola
- Berries
Preparation
Mix the matcha chia pudding ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to thicken.
In serving glasses or bowls, layer the chia pudding, coconut yogurt, granola, and berries as desired.
