Creamy Chia Pudding with Chocolate Topping
Ingredients
Chia pudding
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 250 ml almond milk
- 100 g coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
- 100 g frozen blueberries (thawed)
- 2 tbsp cocoa hemp cream
- 50 g dark chocolate
Preparation
Thaw the frozen blueberries.
Melt the dark chocolate.
Mix all the chia pudding ingredients well and let them soak for at least 1 hour.
Layer the chia pudding alternately with blueberries and cocoa hemp cream in bowls.
Finish with the melted chocolate, decorate with sea salt and dried flowers, and serve.
