Creamy Chia Pudding with Chocolate Topping

Ingredients

Chia pudding

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 100 g coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

  • 100 g frozen blueberries (thawed)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa hemp cream
  • 50 g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Thaw the frozen blueberries.

  2. Melt the dark chocolate.

  3. Mix all the chia pudding ingredients well and let them soak for at least 1 hour.

  4. Layer the chia pudding alternately with blueberries and cocoa hemp cream in bowls.

  5. Finish with the melted chocolate, decorate with sea salt and dried flowers, and serve.
