Vegan Chia Pudding with Chocolate Layers
Ingredients
Chia pudding
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 250 ml almond milk
- 100 g coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
- 100 g frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp cocoa hemp cream
- 50 g dark chocolate
- Sea salt
- Dried flowers
Preparation
Mix all chia pudding ingredients well and let soak for at least 1 hour.
Thaw the frozen blueberries.
Melt the dark chocolate.
Layer the chia pudding alternately with the thawed blueberries and cocoa hemp cream in a bowl.
Finish with the melted chocolate, decorate with sea salt and dried flowers, and enjoy.
