Vegan Chia Pudding with Chocolate Layers

Ingredients

Chia pudding

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 100 g coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

  • 100 g frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp cocoa hemp cream
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • Sea salt
  • Dried flowers

Preparation

  1. Mix all chia pudding ingredients well and let soak for at least 1 hour.

  2. Thaw the frozen blueberries.

  3. Melt the dark chocolate.

  4. Layer the chia pudding alternately with the thawed blueberries and cocoa hemp cream in a bowl.

  5. Finish with the melted chocolate, decorate with sea salt and dried flowers, and enjoy.
