Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until the chia seeds are finely ground.
Transfer the chia pudding to jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Tips
The pudding can be enjoyed right away, but it becomes thicker and creamier after refrigeration.
Top with dairy-free yogurt, fresh raspberries, and chocolate shavings for extra flavor.
This recipe makes 4 small servings or 2 normal-sized servings.
