Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until the chia seeds are finely ground.

  2. Transfer the chia pudding to jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Tips

  1. The pudding can be enjoyed right away, but it becomes thicker and creamier after refrigeration.

  2. Top with dairy-free yogurt, fresh raspberries, and chocolate shavings for extra flavor.

  3. This recipe makes 4 small servings or 2 normal-sized servings.
