Healthy Green Chia Parfait
Ingredients
Chia pudding
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
Nice cream
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 kiwi diced
- 50 ml almond milk
- 1 teaspoon chlorella
Topping
- 350 ml coconut yogurt
- 70 g granola
- 2 kiwis diced
Preparation
Combine all chia pudding ingredients and let sit until thickened.
Blend all nice cream ingredients until smooth.
Assemble the parfait by layering chia pudding, nice cream, and topping in serving glasses.
Tips
