Blue Overnight Chia Pudding with Nicecream
Ingredients
Chia pudding
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
Nicecream
- 5 frozen bananas (very ripe and pre-sliced)
- 100g frozen cauliflower (steamed before freezing)
- 100g frozen mango
- 1 tablespoon blue spirulina powder
- 50ml unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Mix the chia pudding ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
Blend the nicecream ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Serve the chia pudding topped with the nicecream.
