Purple Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 pouch frozen pink pitaya or 1 fresh pitaya
  • 1 teaspoon butterfly pea powder or blue spirulina or half of each
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • juice of 1 lemon

Toppings

  • kiwi
  • golden berries
  • hemp seed
  • coconut

Preparation

  1. Chill a bowl in the freezer.

  2. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and purée until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour the mixture into the chilled bowl and top with kiwi, golden berries, hemp seed, and coconut.
