Purple Pitaya Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 pouch frozen pink pitaya or 1 fresh pitaya
- 1 teaspoon butterfly pea powder or blue spirulina or half of each
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- juice of 1 lemon
Toppings
- kiwi
- golden berries
- hemp seed
- coconut
Preparation
Chill a bowl in the freezer.
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and purée until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into the chilled bowl and top with kiwi, golden berries, hemp seed, and coconut.
