Mocha Latte Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 C plant milk of choice (use 2 C for thinner smoothies)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 TBSP espresso powder
- 1 TBSP peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 heaping TBSP raw cacao powder
- 1 medjool date
- 2 big handfuls spinach
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 stalks celery (optional)
- pinch of salt
Toppings
- cacao nibs
- unsweetened coconut flakes
- chocolate granola
- hemp seed
Preparation
Chill bowl in freezer.
Add all ingredients for smoothie to a blender and purée until suuuuuper smooth and creamy.
Pour into chilled bowl and top with toppings.
