Mocha Latte Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 C plant milk of choice (use 2 C for thinner smoothies)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 TBSP espresso powder
  • 1 TBSP peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 heaping TBSP raw cacao powder
  • 1 medjool date
  • 2 big handfuls spinach
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 stalks celery (optional)
  • pinch of salt

Toppings

  • cacao nibs
  • unsweetened coconut flakes
  • chocolate granola
  • hemp seed

Preparation

  1. Chill bowl in freezer.

  2. Add all ingredients for smoothie to a blender and purée until suuuuuper smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into chilled bowl and top with toppings.
