Strawberry Banana Super Greens Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 C plant milk of choice (use 1 1/2 - 2 C for a thinner drinkable smoothie)
- 1 scoop vanilla or strawberry protein powder
- big handful of spinach
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 C frozen strawberries
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 medjool date (totally optional)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and purée until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a bowl and top with muesli or granola, goji berries, banana, and fresh strawbs!
