Strawberry Banana Super Greens Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C plant milk of choice (use 1 1/2 - 2 C for a thinner drinkable smoothie)
  • 1 scoop vanilla or strawberry protein powder
  • big handful of spinach
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 C frozen strawberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 medjool date (totally optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and purée until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with muesli or granola, goji berries, banana, and fresh strawbs!
