Sweet Summer Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups puffed rice
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup coconut yoghurt
  • Fruits of choice

Preparation

  1. Mix rice, coconut oil and maple syrup in a bowl until thoroughly coated.

  2. Press into a lined tart tin and set aside in the fridge to set for 15 mins.

  3. Top with coconut yoghurt and fruits to serve.
