Raw Vegan Avocado Tart

Ingredients

Base

  • 100 g roasted almonds
  • 30 g desiccated coconut
  • 2-3 tbsp cacao
  • 8 medijool dates
  • Pinch of salt

Filling

  • 2 big avocado
  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil melted
  • 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 big banana
  • 3 tbsp cacao
  • 2-3 tsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Process the base ingredients in a food processor until they form a sticky mixture, then press firmly into the bottom of a tart pan.

  2. Blend the filling ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour the filling over the base and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Slice and serve chilled.
