Raw Vegan Avocado Tart
Ingredients
Base
- 100 g roasted almonds
- 30 g desiccated coconut
- 2-3 tbsp cacao
- 8 medijool dates
- Pinch of salt
Filling
- 2 big avocado
- 2 tbsp of coconut oil melted
- 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 big banana
- 3 tbsp cacao
- 2-3 tsp maple syrup
Preparation
Process the base ingredients in a food processor until they form a sticky mixture, then press firmly into the bottom of a tart pan.
Blend the filling ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Pour the filling over the base and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Slice and serve chilled.
