Raw Vegan Avocado Tart
Ingredients
Base
- 100 g roasted almonds
- 30 g desiccated coconut
- 2-3 tbsp cacao
- 8 medijool dates
- Pinch of salt
Filling
- 2 big avocado
- 2 tbsp of coconut oil melted
- 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 big banana
- 3 tbsp cacao
- 2-3 tsp maple syrup
Preparation
In a food processor, blend the base ingredients until well combined and sticky
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a tart pan to form the crust
In a blender, combine the filling ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy
Pour the filling over the prepared base and spread evenly
Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours or until fully set before serving

Avocado provides a healthy creaminess to the tart
