Raw Vegan Avocado Tart

Ingredients

Base

  • 100 g roasted almonds
  • 30 g desiccated coconut
  • 2-3 tbsp cacao
  • 8 medijool dates
  • Pinch of salt

Filling

  • 2 big avocado
  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil melted
  • 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 big banana
  • 3 tbsp cacao
  • 2-3 tsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, blend the base ingredients until well combined and sticky

  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a tart pan to form the crust

  3. In a blender, combine the filling ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy

  4. Pour the filling over the prepared base and spread evenly

  5. Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours or until fully set before serving

Notes

  1. Avocado provides a healthy creaminess to the tart
