Vegan Ferrero Rocher Truffles

Ingredients

  • 135 grams of hazelnuts (+ extra for coating)
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 10 hazelnuts
  • 2 teaspoons @sovegansofinenl hazelnut spread
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Blend the hazelnuts with cocoa powder, salt, coconut oil, hazelnut spread, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to form a smooth mixture

  2. Shape the mixture into small balls, each with a whole hazelnut in the center

  3. Roll the balls in chopped hazelnuts for coating

  4. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, about 15-20 minutes
