Dairy-Free Chocolate Blender Soft Serve

Ingredients

  • 15oz can coconut milk
  • 1 cup nut/seed butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Optional toppings

  • Toppings of choice

Preparation

  1. Shake the can of coconut milk before opening, then pour it into an ice cream tray and freeze overnight.

  2. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth, using the tamper and scraping down the sides frequently without adding extra liquid.

  3. Spoon the mixture into bowls and serve immediately, or transfer to a piping bag.

  4. If transferred to a piping bag, freeze for about 30 minutes, then pipe into bowls or cones for a frozen yogurt-like effect.

  5. Add desired toppings and enjoy.
