Butterfly Pea Powder Bounty Bars
Ingredients
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 4 - 5 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 - 5 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 sea salt
- 1 tsp butterfly pea powder
- 200g 80% dark chocolate
Preparation
Place the filling ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined.
Shape the mixture into bars and freeze them for at least 4 hours or until completely set.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl.
Dip each bar into the melted chocolate using a fork for a generous chocolate coating.
Let the bars sit in the refrigerator for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
