Berry Granola Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups granola
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp rice malt/maple syrup
  • 1 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 2 cups mixed berries

Preparation

  1. Blend granola in a food processor until fairly fine and crumbly.

  2. Stir through coconut oil and rice malt syrup and press into a tart tin.

  3. Set aside in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to set.

  4. Top with coconut yoghurt and mixed berries.

Tips

  1. This recipe can be made in less than 10 minutes with no baking required and is perfect for breakfast or a quick dessert.
