Gourmet Mushroom Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 8 oz/227 g cremini mushrooms
- pinch sea salt
- 2 slices queenstreetbakery Chia Bread
- 1 avocado
- pine nuts, for sprinkling
Preparation
Toast the bread slices.
Sauté coconut oil, mushrooms and salt in a medium skillet on medium-high heat until brown and soft, about 12 minutes.
Smash avocado onto the bread slices and top with the browned mushrooms, sprinkle with pine nuts and more sea salt, and serve.
