Easy Mushroom Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 8 oz/227 g cremini mushrooms
- pinch sea salt
- 2 slices toast of choice
- 1 avocado
- pine nuts, for sprinkling
Preparation
Sauté coconut oil, mushrooms and salt in a medium skillet on medium-high heat until brown and soft, about 12 minutes.
Smash avocado onto bread slices and top with the browned mushrooms, sprinkle with pine nuts more sea salt, and serve.
