Homemade Raspberry Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. In a small pot over medium low heat, heat raspberries.

  2. Use a large spoon to mash berries together so they lose shape and release juices.

  3. Add maple syrup and simmer for 10 minutes until berries break down.

  4. Add chia seeds and continue to simmer over low heat for 5 more minutes until thoroughly broken down.

  5. Allow to cool completely before using.
