Quick Strawberry Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch salt

Preparation

  1. Cook strawberries down over medium heat.

  2. Mash with spoon and add remaining ingredients.

  3. Continue to cook over low heat for 3-5 more minutes and then remove from heat.

  4. Allow it to cool before adding to a glass jar.

Tips

  1. The jam keeps for two weeks.
