Simple Chia Fruit Jam with Berries
Ingredients
- Frozen cherries and raspberries
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Preparation
Cook the fruit down.
Mash with a fork.
Add syrup and chia seeds.
Remove from heat.
Allow to cool and place in a jar.
Tips
Keeps longer than you think but eat within 2 weeks.
