Simple Chia Fruit Jam with Berries

Ingredients

  • Frozen cherries and raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Cook the fruit down.

  2. Mash with a fork.

  3. Add syrup and chia seeds.

  4. Remove from heat.

  5. Allow to cool and place in a jar.

Tips

  1. Keeps longer than you think but eat within 2 weeks.
