Creamy Coconut Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 120ml (1/2 cup) full fat coconut milk
- 120ml (1/2 cup) light coconut milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp (40g) chia seeds
Preparation
Mix full fat coconut milk, light coconut milk, maple syrup, and chia seeds in a bowl or jar
Refrigerate for 40 minutes to 1 hour
