Vanilla Chia Pudding with Fresh Figs
Ingredients
- 200 ml plant-based milk (hazelnut milk recommended)
- 45 g chia seeds
- 20 ml vanilla syrup (or maple syrup + vanilla)
- Pinch of salt
- 6 figs
- Coconut yogurt
- Fig jam (or another jam)
- Chopped hazelnuts
Preparation
Mix the plant-based milk with the chia seeds, vanilla syrup, and a pinch of salt.
Let it stand for about an hour or overnight until it forms a pudding.
Slice four figs into slices and press them against the inside of two glasses.
Scoop the chia pudding into the glasses, top with coconut yogurt, jam, and chopped hazelnuts.
Slice the remaining figs into wedges and distribute them over the top.
