Chia Pudding with Pomegranate Protein

Ingredients

  • 100g vegetable yogurt
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter 100%
  • 140ml veggie milk
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 scoop Pomegranate Protein Okami Bio
  • 25g chia seeds, Okami Bio
  • dark chocolate
  • peanuts

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the vegetable yogurt, peanut butter, agave syrup and chia seeds.

  2. Add the veggie milk and mix together.

  3. Melt dark chocolate and spread it around the edges of a glass.

  4. Pour the chia mix into the glass, adding a tablespoon of peanut butter in the center.

  5. Add more melted chocolate on the top.

  6. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 15 minutes.

  7. Take it out and add a few peanuts on top before tasting.
