Refreshing Pink and Blue Chia Puddings

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tspn blue spirulina for blue or 1 Tbsp pink pitaya for pink
  • 1 Tspn cinnamon powder

Preparation

  1. Add chia seeds to your jar or container.

  2. Add milk.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Add the remaining ingredients.

  5. Mix well so all the chia seeds are scraped off the bottom.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or leave overnight for breakfast.
