Apricot Mango Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients

  • 10 apricots
  • 150g vegan yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 150ml almond milk
  • 1/2 mango

Preparation

  1. Blend the apricots and put them as the first layer in a glass.

  2. Add the vegan yoghurt.

  3. Mix almond milk with chia seeds (and sweetener if you wish) and let it rest for a bit until you have chia pudding.

  4. Add it as the third layer and top with some mango.

  5. Enjoy!
