Apricot Mango Breakfast Parfait
Ingredients
- 10 apricots
- 150g vegan yoghurt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 150ml almond milk
- 1/2 mango
Preparation
Blend the apricots and put them as the first layer in a glass.
Add the vegan yoghurt.
Mix almond milk with chia seeds (and sweetener if you wish) and let it rest for a bit until you have chia pudding.
Add it as the third layer and top with some mango.
