Chia Pudding with Kiwifruit Puree
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk
- 2 kiwifruit
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 persimmon
- 1 teaspoon raw agave
Preparation
Crush and puree 2 kiwifruit to make puree.
Blend 1 persimmon in a blender to make puree.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together including the fruit purees.
Stir well and let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate until thickened.
