Blue Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 tsp raw agave or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream or yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ocean blend
  • Fresh fruits of your choice

Preparation

  1. Soak the chia seeds in soy milk overnight with vanilla extract and raw agave or maple syrup, stirring continuously until it becomes fluffy in texture.

  2. Add ocean blend to coconut yogurt, add vanilla extract, and mix well.

  3. Top the preparation with fresh fruits and granola.
