Healthy Beetroot Chia Pudding Breakfast Treat

Ingredients

  • Chia seeds 3 tbsp
  • Raw agave 2 tsp
  • Flaxseed oil 1 tsp
  • Coconut cream 1/4 cup
  • Coconut yogurt 1/4 cup
  • Cashew nuts 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Beetroot powder 1 tsp
  • Soy milk 1 cup

Preparation

  1. Mix chia seeds in soy milk, raw agave, flaxseed oil, and beetroot powder until fluffy in texture.

  2. Soak cashew nuts overnight.

  3. Blend cashew nuts in the morning into a fine paste.

  4. Add coconut cream and coconut yogurt to a bowl and mix well until fluffy. Then add vanilla extract and the blended cashew mixture.

  5. Layer the mixture as shown in the picture and enjoy your breakfast.
