Healthy Beetroot Chia Pudding Breakfast Treat
Ingredients
- Chia seeds 3 tbsp
- Raw agave 2 tsp
- Flaxseed oil 1 tsp
- Coconut cream 1/4 cup
- Coconut yogurt 1/4 cup
- Cashew nuts 1/4 cup
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Beetroot powder 1 tsp
- Soy milk 1 cup
Preparation
Mix chia seeds in soy milk, raw agave, flaxseed oil, and beetroot powder until fluffy in texture.
Soak cashew nuts overnight.
Blend cashew nuts in the morning into a fine paste.
Add coconut cream and coconut yogurt to a bowl and mix well until fluffy. Then add vanilla extract and the blended cashew mixture.
Layer the mixture as shown in the picture and enjoy your breakfast.
