Quick and Easy Chia Pudding Breakfast
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup any plant-based milk (coconut milk used)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon any sweetener of your choice
- fresh fruits for toppings
- 1/2 cup any flavored yogurt
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a jar and stir well until the mixture is fluffy.
Ensure there are no clumps by stirring continuously, as this is common when making chia pudding.
Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
When ready to eat, top with your favorite fruit and yogurt, and enjoy.
