Easy Chia Pudding with Fresh Fruits
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup any plant-based milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp any sweetener of your choice
- fresh fruits for toppings
- 1/2 cup any flavored yogurt
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a jar and stir well until the mixture is fluffy.
Make sure there are no clumps as it is very common while making chia pudding. Stirring continuously is the trick.
Cover the jar and leave it in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
When you are ready to eat, top with your favorite fruit and yogurt and enjoy.
