Ingredients

Preparation
Mix chia seeds with almond milk, vanilla extract, and beetroot juice until it becomes nice and fluffy.
Leave it for at least 2 hours covered in the fridge, stirring occasionally to ensure no lumps and allow flavors to infuse.
