Healthy Cacao Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1.5 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional toppings: pomegranate arils, mini oreo cookies

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar and let it chill in the refrigerator overnight.
