Healthy Cacao Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1.5 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Optional toppings: pomegranate arils, mini oreo cookies
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar and let it chill in the refrigerator overnight.
