Refreshing Summer Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 3-4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Preparation
Chuck all ingredients into a mason jar and shake well.
Let the mixture settle for 5 minutes, then shake or stir again to break down clumps.
Cover the pudding and place it in the fridge.
Allow it to set for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Serve in a freshly cut coconut and garnish with fruits.
Pro tips
If the mixture is too watery, add an extra teaspoon of chia seeds and refrigerate for an additional half hour before serving.
