Healthy Chia Seed Pudding Delight
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons pink pitaya powder (optional)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a jar and shake well.
Refrigerate for a few hours until the chia seeds swell and set.
Top with berries, nuts, yogurt, granola, or nut butter before serving.
