Chia Pudding with Vanilla Coconut Topping

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar or agave syrup
  • Coconut cream
  • 1 tsp blue ocean powder
  • Vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruits of your choice

Preparation

  1. Mix chia seeds with soy milk in a bowl.

  2. Add coconut sugar or agave syrup, blue ocean powder, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.

  3. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow it to thicken and set.

  4. Before serving, top with coconut cream and fresh fruits.
