Chia Pudding with Vanilla Coconut Topping
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup soy milk
- 2 tsp coconut sugar or agave syrup
- Coconut cream
- 1 tsp blue ocean powder
- Vanilla extract
- Fresh fruits of your choice
Preparation
Mix chia seeds with soy milk in a bowl.
Add coconut sugar or agave syrup, blue ocean powder, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow it to thicken and set.
Before serving, top with coconut cream and fresh fruits.
