Chia and Oat Pudding Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds soaked in soy milk overnight
  • 3 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp peppermint chocolate essence
  • 2 cups soy milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts of your choice
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp chia seeds berry compote (homemade)
  • 1 tsp peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Soak 2 tsp chia seeds in soy milk overnight as per ingredient preparation

  2. In a bowl, combine oats, cacao powder, peppermint chocolate essence, and coconut sugar

  3. Add the soaked chia seed mixture, soy milk or almond milk, and water; mix well to combine

  4. Top with chopped nuts, chia seeds berry compote, and peanut butter before serving
