Chia and Oat Pudding Breakfast
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp oats
- 2 tsp chia seeds soaked in soy milk overnight
- 3 tsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp peppermint chocolate essence
- 2 cups soy milk or almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts of your choice
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 2 tsp chia seeds berry compote (homemade)
- 1 tsp peanut butter
Preparation
Soak 2 tsp chia seeds in soy milk overnight as per ingredient preparation
In a bowl, combine oats, cacao powder, peppermint chocolate essence, and coconut sugar
Add the soaked chia seed mixture, soy milk or almond milk, and water; mix well to combine
Top with chopped nuts, chia seeds berry compote, and peanut butter before serving
