Delicious Oats and Chia Pudding Breakfast Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp blackberry powder
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • Toppings as per your choice

Preparation

  1. Take a pan, add oats, chia seeds, blueberries, coconut sugar with 2 cups of almond milk.

  2. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes stirring continuously; it may get sticky.

  3. Add mashed banana and mix again; ensure to cook on low heat.

  4. Once done to your liking, add vanilla extract and transfer to a bowl.

  5. Add your favorite toppings to make it more delicious and flavorful.
