Delicious Oats and Chia Pudding Breakfast Bowls
Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 mashed banana
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp blackberry powder
- 2 cups almond milk
- Toppings as per your choice
Preparation
Take a pan, add oats, chia seeds, blueberries, coconut sugar with 2 cups of almond milk.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes stirring continuously; it may get sticky.
Add mashed banana and mix again; ensure to cook on low heat.
Once done to your liking, add vanilla extract and transfer to a bowl.
Add your favorite toppings to make it more delicious and flavorful.
