Berrylicious Oatmeal Breakfast Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp black goji berry powder
  • 2 cups almond milk

Toppings

  • Optional toppings of your choice

Preparation

  1. Add oats, chia seeds, blueberries, coconut sugar and 2 cups of almond milk to a pan.

  2. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring continuously, add mashed banana and mix again, ensuring to cook on low heat.

  3. Once done to your liking, add vanilla extract and transfer to a bowl.

  4. Add your favorite toppings to make the bowl attractive.
