Berrylicious Oatmeal Breakfast Bowls
Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 mashed banana
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp black goji berry powder
- 2 cups almond milk
Toppings
- Optional toppings of your choice
Preparation
Add oats, chia seeds, blueberries, coconut sugar and 2 cups of almond milk to a pan.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring continuously, add mashed banana and mix again, ensuring to cook on low heat.
Once done to your liking, add vanilla extract and transfer to a bowl.
Add your favorite toppings to make the bowl attractive.
