Vegan Beet Waffles with Oats and Fruits
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup steamed beet chunks
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender for 1 minute.
Use a waffle maker to make waffles or a skillet to make pancakes.
Top with bananas, cherries, strawberries, blueberries, and a drizzle of nut butter.
