Vegan Beet Waffles with Oats and Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup steamed beet chunks
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender for 1 minute.

  2. Use a waffle maker to make waffles or a skillet to make pancakes.

  3. Top with bananas, cherries, strawberries, blueberries, and a drizzle of nut butter.
