Vegan Apple Pie Smoothie for Fall
Ingredients
- 1 large baked apple, sliced
- 35g oats
- 1 ripe banana (optional) for more sweetness
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Top it with some cinnamon and enjoy.
Note: You can use a baked pear instead of a baked apple for variation.
