Vegan Apple Pie Smoothie for Fall

Ingredients

  • 1 large baked apple, sliced
  • 35g oats
  • 1 ripe banana (optional) for more sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Top it with some cinnamon and enjoy.

  3. Note: You can use a baked pear instead of a baked apple for variation.
