Coffee Walnut Protein Oats Bowl

Ingredients

  • 70g oats
  • 30g coffee and walnut protein blend
  • 300ml almond milk
  • 5g chia seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon soya dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate soy crispies

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, protein blend, chia seeds, and almond milk in a pot and cook until creamy and thickened

  2. Caramelize the banana by cooking it in a pan with agave nectar.

  3. Top the cooked oats with caramelized banana, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and chocolate soy crispies.
