Blueberry Banana Bread Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 banana (for topping)
- additional frozen blueberries (for topping)
- blueberry banana bread (for topping)
- almond butter (for topping)
Preparation
Cook the oats, chia seeds, mashed banana, frozen blueberries, and almond milk in a saucepan until thick.
Add the remaining half of the banana, more frozen blueberries, blueberry banana bread, and almond butter as toppings.
