Blueberry Banana Bread Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 banana (for topping)
  • additional frozen blueberries (for topping)
  • blueberry banana bread (for topping)
  • almond butter (for topping)

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats, chia seeds, mashed banana, frozen blueberries, and almond milk in a saucepan until thick.

  2. Add the remaining half of the banana, more frozen blueberries, blueberry banana bread, and almond butter as toppings.
