Creamy Oats with Chia Seeds and Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp sweetener (maple / agave)
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Bring almond milk to boil

  2. Stir in oats and chia

  3. Add a pinch of salt

  4. Cook for 3-5 minutes until liquid has thickened and absorbed
