Blueberry Muffin Baked Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together
Bake at 360F for about 25 minutes
Top with a dollop of nut butter and some plant milk
