Blueberry Muffin Baked Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together

  2. Bake at 360F for about 25 minutes

  3. Top with a dollop of nut butter and some plant milk

  4. Enjoy
